储罐子午线网壳顶盖结构的节点正确连接方式

- 根据对国内储罐子午线网壳工程的调查,发现不少储罐子午线网壳工程在支座节点和杆件拼接节点构造上存在严重错误。文章指出了错误的节点连接方式及其导致的问题和存在的安全隐患,阐述了子午线网壳节点连接的正确方法,按照该方法连接后,罐顶结构所产生的水平推力全部由罐顶圈梁承受,达到了设计要求;罐顶圈梁受力均匀,罐顶部的凸凹度符合设计要求;焊缝的质量容易保证;因杆件的形心轴在同一线上,不存在杆件搭接而产生的附加弯矩,不会使结构因节点构造而造成强度下降,且网壳结构美观。
It is found through the investigation on domestic meridian latticed shell projects of storage tanks that some serious structural problems exist in support nodes and bar member connection nodes. This pa- per indicates such improper connection ways and hidden security problems, describes the correct connection method. In the light of that connection method, the horizontal thrust induced by tank roof structure is born to-tally by the annular girth at the tank roof, loads on the girth distributes uniformly, convexo-concave degree of the tank roof accords with the design code, welding quality is easily ensured, there are no additional bending mo- ment induced from the bar member connection and no intensity reducing because of the centroidal axis of the con- nected bar members being in a same line.
