管道牵引法在水网淤泥地段长输管道施工中的应用

- 在水网淤泥地带敷设长输管道,比较常见的施工方法是采用铺垫作业带的方法。文章通过广州市天然气利用工程外围高压管道工程中化龙镇段的施工,摸索了一种较先进的施工方法——卷扬机牵引法,即用钢管搭设作业平台,在平台上完成管道组对、焊接、检测等工作,然后用卷扬机牵引,用沉管法使管道下沟。实践证明:此方法不仅可保证较好的施焊环境,提高焊接质量,也可减少不必要的机械设备投入,提高施工效率。
In long-distance pipeline construction in water network and silt regions, the method of matting and paving working zone is frequently adopted. A more advanced method, i.e. pipeline towing by windlass, was developed during Hualong Town pipeline construction of Guangzhou peripheral high gas pressure pipeline project. By the method, an operation platform was put up using steel pipes, and pipe aligning, welding and in- specting were performed on the platform, then pipeline was towed by a windlass and put into trench applying the pipeline sinking approach.
