- 冀东南堡油田因地层压力衰减,部分油井已不能自喷出油,需采取相应措施才能恢复生产。为此,选定NPC1-19井,利用该区块已建实验站中的天然气进行气举采油试验,以便在全区块大面积推广。文章通过南堡油田NPC1-19井气举采油先导性试验工程地面工艺的设计,介绍了气举工艺设计参数、工艺流程、主要设备的选择及特点,提出了设计的经验与体会,列举了实际运行参数。从实际运行效果看,NPC1-19井气举采油的地面工艺设计是成功的,试运与投产顺利,生产运行正常,达到了预期的效果。
Owing to pressure attenuation of the oil reservoir at Jidong Nanpu Oilfield, some oil wells can not gush anymore and need taking corresponding measures to recover their production. Thus NPC1-19 well was chosen to carry out the experiment of natural gas lift production. This paper introduces the surface techno- logical design of the gas lift production pilot project in aspects of technological design parameters, process flow as well as selection of main equipment and its feature, provides design experience and enumerates the practi- cal operation parameters.
