- 涩北首站运行的1#压缩机机组因干气密封过滤器差压高报警停机,其原因是气田来气含水量突然大量增加,致使机组自动保护停机,造成压缩机干气密封损坏。为此对该工艺系统存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了改进措施和技术改造实施中应注意的问题。
Because the water content in gas produced from the gas field suddenly increased and produced high differential gas pressure in the dry gas filter of the compressor so as to damage its gas seal, No.1 com-pressor set at Sebei initial station alarmed and stopped. Then the problems in the process system were ana- lyzed.
