- 为提高大口径管道的焊接速度和质量,研制了长输管道现场焊接所需的带铜衬垫气动内对口器,对四类衬垫材料分别进行了抗烧损试验和使用寿命焊接试验,根据试验结果,并综合现场焊接工艺要求和施工成本等因素,确定了铬锆铜和紫铜表面喷涂镍铬陶瓷两种材料较适宜用作焊接衬垫材料。
In order to boost welding speed and quality of large diameter pipelines, a pneumatic pipe inter- nal line-up clamp with copper pad has been developed for field welding of long-distance pipelines. Burnback resistance test and service life welding test for four kinds of pad materials were carried out.
