地下混凝土双壁储油罐温度应力数值模拟

- 面对我国正在开展的战略石油储备工作,文章提出了一种新的地下混凝土双壁储油罐结构形式。应用结构分析软件ANSYS对地下混凝土双壁储油罐的温度应力进行了弹性计算,分析了储罐罐壁在储油前期、中期和后期的温度和应力分布规律。结果表明:在储油前期,内壁温度梯度大,但受到外壁约束,内壁出现的拉应力较小,随着储油时间的延长,内壁逐步变为全截面受压,满足安全储油的要求。外壁在储油过程中一直处于受拉状态,拉应力较大,所以应采取适当的措施减小外壁裂缝宽度。
With the application of structure analysis software ANSYS, the distribution of temperature and stress in the walls of an oil tank is given. The result shows that in the prophase of oil storage, the inner wall has great temperature grads, but the tensile stress is small because of the restriction effect of the outer wall; as the time of oil storage goes on, the inner wall becomes gradually to be compressed in whole cross-section, so the inner wall meets the safety requirement of oil storage; the outer wall is in tensile state all the time of oil storage and the tensile stress is high, so proper measures must be taken to minish the crack width of the outer wall.2009,2(2): 1-5 收稿日期:2008-11-11分类号:TU528.7;TE972.2基金项目:教育部985学科建设基金资助项目(BHB985-1-4)作者简介:黄达海(1964-),男,湖北荆州人,教授,清华大学博士(后),主要从事混凝土结构温度应力、高坝施工过程仿真等研究工作.参考文献:
