- 在项目管理的过程中,由于主观及客观原因,其中项目收尾过程是最容易为人忽视的,由于其与石油项目最终产品紧密联系,造成了这一阶段的管理方式与项目管理的其他几个阶段有很大不同。文章首先简要分析了石油项目收尾过程中最容易出现的问题,包括技术方面、项目团队方面及业主/顾客的三个方面,然后从项目目标、项目团队、尾项清单、经验教训总结等10个角度详细阐述了如何解决项目收尾过程中存在的问题。
Most of petroleum project managers and teams do not realize the importance of project closure. The close-out phase of the project is much different from other phases of the project because of its close relation to the final products of the petroleum project. Problems frequently arising in the close-out phase are briefly analyzed in aspects of technology, project team and customer challenges.
