- 文章以浙江绍兴三圆石化20万t/a聚丙烯工程为例,分析了低温钢A333-6的可焊性,介绍了A333-6钢的焊材选用、焊接工艺、热处理工艺以及焊接注意事项。实践证明,采用W707Ni焊条、TGS-1N焊丝及配套的焊接工艺焊接A333-6钢,经射线探伤检验,Ⅱ级合格率可达96%以上。
Taking the 20×104 t/a polypropylene project at Shaoxing Sanyuan Petrochemical Company of Zhejiang for example, this paper analyzes the weldability of low temperature steel A333-6 and introduces its welding material selection, welding process, heat treatment process and matters for attention.
