- 暖管是稠油输送前的一项重要工作,文章以辽河油田坨—鞍线输油管道改造工程暖管投产为例,介绍了暖管前的准备工作、暖管工艺流程、施工组织要点、操作要点以及暖管事故处理预案。一般情况下采用正向暖管正向投油,由于现场情况限制,该工程则采取了反向暖管正向投油的工艺,暖管温升控制非常重要,该工程暖管共启动6台加热炉。
Taking the alteration project of Tuo-An Heavy Oil Pipeline for example, this paper introduces the preparation work and the process flow of pipeline warming, key matters of construction organization and operation as well as accident handling preplan of pipeline warming. Although the process of forward directional pipeline warming and forward directional oil delivery is commonly applied, owing to restriction of the field situation, the process of forward directional oil delivery and backward directional pipeline warming is adopted in this project.
