在国外现场组焊施工特大型塔器的实践

- 针对在哈萨克斯坦国施工胺液吸收塔时,遇到的直径大,超限运输难度大,壁厚大,现场组对、防变形难度大,重量重,吊装难度大等问题,制定了国内预制,现场分片组焊、热处理的施工方案。文章介绍了国内分片预制要点以及现场组焊、整体热处理、整体吊装的方法。胺液吸收塔经RT无损检测,一次合格率达到99.9%。
In the construction of a liquid amine absorption tower in Kazakstan, there were lots of difficulties including big diameter, large weight and thick wall of the tower, oversize transportation, deformation control and hoisting in field assembly. Therefore, a construction scheme was worked out, that is prefabrication at home, but field piece assembly welding and heat treatment and hoisting abroad. The practice of the absorption tower construction is described in this paper.
