- 低温储罐保冷混凝土基础,不但要有一定的抗压强度,还要达到一定的保冷系数,其施工难度相对较大。文章以天津LG渤海VCM/EDC项目的2万m3低温乙烯储罐的基础施工为例,介绍了保冷混凝土的组分、配比要求以及保冷环梁和中心保冷层的施工要点。该罐已于2006年投入使用,目前运行状态良好。
Sufficient compression strength and cold insulation coefficient must be reached for the cold insulation concrete foundation of a low temperature storage tank. The foundation construction faces some difficulties. Taking the foundation construction of the 2×104 m3 low temperature ethylene storage tank in Tianjin LG Bohai VCM/EDC Project as an example, the composition and mix proportion of the cold insulation concrete as well as the key construction points of the cold insulation ring girder and central cold insulation layer are introduced.
