- 油田污水回注处理系统水质特殊,其中的油类、溶解盐类、硫化物、铁、悬浮物等游离于水中,容易产生粘附作用,使紫外线透射率降低,降低杀菌率。超声波技术与紫外线杀菌技术相结合,可以实现高效杀菌,通过超声波的振动清洗、振动剪切和空化作用可以分别实现对石英防水套管的动态清洗、分割破碎悬浮颗粒和产生大量空化气泡,提高紫外线透射率和杀菌率,并且对水质不产生任何二次污染。
Quality of oilfield produced water in water reinjection system is special. Dissociated impurities in the water, including grease, dissolved salts, sulfuret, iron and suspended pollutant, adhere easily to quartz water proof casing, consequently, decreasing light transmittance and bactericidal rate. Ultrasonic wave technique combining with ultraviolet ray bactericidal technique will attain the purpose of highly effective disinfec- tion. Taking advantages of vibration cleanout action, vibration shear breaking action and cavitation action of ultrasonic wave can realize dynamic washing of the quartz water proof casing and cutting and breaking suspended particles, and create a great quantity of minim air bubbles in water, thus improve light transmittance and disinfection effectiveness.
