- 在长输管道的热收缩套(带)防腐补口施工中,湿膜法容易出现底漆涂敷不均匀、局部厚度不够、电火花检漏不合格等问题,而干膜法则避免了这些问题。文章从四个方面介绍了干膜法在兰郑长成品油管道工程中成功应用的经验:干膜法防腐补口施工工艺流程、工艺要求、施工中常见缺陷及原因、提高干膜法防腐补口质量的措施。
For anticorrosion field joint construction using heat shrinking strips, some problems such as nonuniform primer coating, inadequate local coating thickness and failed passing electric spark leak detection often exist in wet film approach. But Dry film approach can avoid such problems.
