- 在天然气管道输送系统中,为了既保证系统下游的安全,又保证供气的可靠性和连续性,调压截断系统的设计非常重要。自立式调压截断系统由压力检测系统、压力调节系统和压力安全系统组成,具有不需要外来能量、调压稳定、维护量小等优点。文章详细介绍了电控自立式调压截断系统各组成部分的工作原理、控制原则,并对控制过程进行说明,提出了设计和应用过程应注意的问题。
In natural gas transmission pipeline design, the pressure regulation and cutting system is very important to ensure the security of downstream system as well as the reliability and continuity of gas supply. The entire self-supporting pressure regulation and cutting system is composed of a pressure testing system, a pressure regulation system and a pressure safety system, which has the advantages of no external energy needed, stable gas pressure and less maintenance work. The working principle and control procedure of the selfsupporting pressure regulation and cutting system are introduced in detail.
