- 对差压式液位计的取压方式进行了深入的研究,分析了目前采用的各种差压式液位计的优缺点,提出了一种新型的内置式差压液位计安装方式,就是将负相引压管垂直段设在容器内,上端伸至气相介质中,这种方式无需伴热,而且由于引压管中和容器中的介质相同,温度密度也相同,因而测量精度高,此方式还具有结构简单、操作容易、维护量小等优点。
The pressure measuring methods with differencial pressure level meters are studied deeply by the authors. Based on analyzing various merits and demerits of differencial pressure liquid level meters in common use, a new kind of installation method of a built-in differencial pressure level meter is studied, that is to set the vertical section of the negative phase pressure transfer tube into the vessel and extrude its top end into gas phase medium. This method dispense with heat tracing, and owing to the mediums in the negative phase pressure transfer tube and in the vessel are the same, it increases greatly the measuring precision.
