- 开发建设好沁水盆地煤层气资源,将在全国的煤层气开发中起到积极的示范和引导作用。文章从工艺流程通用化、平面布置标准化、功能分区模块化、工艺设备定型化、设计安全人性化等5个方面介绍了沁水盆地煤层气气田集气站标准化设计的特点,进而谈了认识与体会。实践证明,集气站标准化设计,方便了施工的预制和组配,保证了工程建设的优质、高效和安全,加快了沁水盆地煤层气气田建设。
Successfully developing the coalbed gas resource in Qinshui Basin will pay an active role of demonstration and guidance in national coalbed gas development. The characteristics of standardization design of gas gathering stations in Qinshui Basin Coalbed Gas Field are introduced in this paper in five aspects of process flow generalization, plane layout standardization, sectional function modulization, process equipment sterotyping and design safety humanization. Moreover, the cognition and experience about the standardization design are provided.
