- 文章全面回顾和总结了在与国际一流公司同台竞技中,中国石油工程建设公司在苏丹石油工程建设市场的发展历程,从传统的单体项目制管理,到群体项目管理,再到区域项目管理模式的创新,每一次都实现了规模和效益的大幅增长,逐渐形成了海外项目管理的独特优势和核心竞争力。尤其是区域化的项目管理模式在组织优化、资源配置和绩效考核等方面突破了项目管理的一般理论,并在实践中取得了显著效果,为中国总承包企业国际化经营提供了有益借鉴。
This paper reviews and summarizes comprehensively the petroleum engineering construction market development course of China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co. in Sudan while competing with the leading international companies. In the developing phases from the traditional single project management mode to the group project management mode, then to the localized project management mode, the business scale and benefits increase greatly and the special dominance and core competitiveness grow up. In particular, the localized project management mode breaks through traditional project management theory in aspects of or ganization optimization, resource allocation and performance appraisal and achieves remarkable effects in practice.
