- 鉴于我国石油化工工程规模的大型化、项目管理模式的国际化、融资手段的多样化,有必要对挣值法在石油化工工程项目进度管理中的应用进行分析和改进。文章在分析了现阶段我国石油化工工程的新特点后,简要介绍了挣值法的基本原理和应用实例,最后提出了挣值法存在的不足、建议及研究方向。
With the developments of China’s large scale petrochemical projects, internationalization of project management modes and diversification of financing means, it is necessary to analyze and improve the application of Earned Value Method in petrochemical project schedule management.
