长庆油气田地面系统标准化设计及应用

- 长庆油气田属低渗、低压、低丰度的三低油气藏,建设环境又属于沙漠或黄土高原地区,地面建设依托条件差。采用标准化设计方法可大大缩短长庆油气田的建设周期,降低投资,提高工程质量。文章从长庆油气田推行标准化设计的必要性和有利因素,标准化设计的做法,包括工艺技术定型化、站场规模系列化、平面布局标准化、设计模块化、三维配管设计和建设标准的统一等方面,阐述了标准化设计在长庆油气田的应用。
The reservior of Changqing Oil-Gas Field possesses the features of low permeability, low pressure and low abundance. The Oil-Gas Field is located in desert and loess plateau areas where the construction support conditions are poor. Applying standardization design method can effectively shorten the construction period of Changqing Oil-Gas Field, reduce investment and improve engineering quality. This paper expatiates on the necessity and favorable factors of promoting standardization design in the Oil-Gas Field as well as the method of making standardization design including process technique stereotyping, station and site scale serialization, plane layout standardization, design modularization as well as three-dimensional piping design and construction standard unification.
