海外石油工程项目面临的社会安全风险与对策

- 由于受国际金融危机的影响,贸易保护主义甚嚣尘上,海外市场环境日渐恶劣,海外员工的人身安全受到威胁,防恐和员工安全问题已成为制约海外石油工程业务发展的瓶颈和障碍。为此,文章分析了海外石油工程项目面临的社会安全风险的性质、分布的主要地区和发展趋势以及解决社会安全问题面临的困难,并从七个方面提出了海外石油工程项目社会安全问题的应对策略和措施。
Owing to the influences of the international financial crisis and the trade protectionism, overseas market environment is becoming harsher and personnel security of staff working abroad is threatened. Issues against terrorism and protecting personnel security are arising as the bottleneck and barrier of developing overseas petroleum business.
