- 项目管理注重的是项目的组织结构、管理流程、管理方法和手段,而EPC模式的核心是通过节约交易成本,使投资者和施工承包商都获得好的回报。文章试图通过探究EPC模式的发展过程和对其的经济学分析,说明EPC模式不只是一种先进的项目管理模式,而首先是一种经营模式,而这种经营模式是有适用范围的。希望文章能对进一步推行EPC模式起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Project management concerns project organizational structure, management flow, management method and means. The essence of EPC mode is to enable investor and construction contractor to get sufficient returns through saving transaction cost. By exploring EPC mode development course and analyzing EPC mode economics, this article attempts to explain that EPC mode is not only an advanced project management mode, but also a business mode at first, and the business mode has its applicable scope.
