- 讨论一种钢质弯管三层PE外涂敷新技术,采用环氧粉末、粉状中间粘接剂和粉末状聚乙烯涂料,按照不同的涂装方式在加热的弯管表面沉积,通过管本体温度熔融3种粉末后一次成膜,形成三层PE涂层。该技术圆满实现了弯管的三层PE涂层成型,提高了弯管的防腐质量。
A new technology to form bent pipe coating is discussed, which uses epoxy powder, interlayer adhesive powder and polyethylene powder as raw materials deposited on the heating bent pipe surface using different coating methods and melt by pipe heat, and finally forms 3PE coating.
