- 以中亚天然气管道伊犁河穿越施工实践为例,从钻导向孔、扩孔、回拖各个阶段以及泥浆配置等方面论述了在高密实度中细砂层地质条件下的大口径管道定向钻穿越的施工工艺。并针对施工中出现的导向孔穿越方向难以控制、大口径级扩孔卡钻和回拖力过大等问题,介绍了解决办法。
Taking the Yili River crossing construction of Middle-Asia Natural Gas Pipeline as an example, this paper discusses the crossing construction process of large diameter pipeline with directional drilling in high compact medium-fine sand stratum in aspects of pilot drilling, reaming and back dragging as well as mud preparation.
