冀东南堡油田1号人工岛发证检验的设计审查

- 根据2006年5月1日起施行的《海洋石油安全生产规定》,将滩海陆岸石油设施明确划归于海上石油生产设施,按照海上要求进行管理。中国石化海上石油工程技术检验中心承担了冀东南堡油田1号人工岛的发证检验工作,严格依照有关法律、法规和相关标准对人工岛的设计和建造过程进行审查和检验,使之满足国家相关法律法规的要求,并满足生产操作的需要。文章详细介绍了该人工岛发证检验的设计审查内容。
In accordance with " The Provisions of Safe Operations on Offshore Petroleum Industry" that has been in effect since May 1st, 2006, the foreshore and coast structures are categorized to the offshore petroleum production facilities and are managed according to offshore production requirements. The Department of Offshore Petroleum Engingeering Survey, SINOPEC performed the certificated inspection of No.1 Artificial Island of Jidong Nanpu Oilfield in the design and construction phases according to the relevant laws/ regulations, provisions, national standards, industrial standards or the specifications, so as to enable the artificial island design to satisfy the laws/regulations and production requirements.
