- 海洋石油161采油平台是中海石油能源发展股份有限公司的一个创新项目,也是胜利油田胜利石油化工建设有限责任公司施工的首座自升式移动平台,根据海工建造基地的装备情况和施工条件,在建造海洋石油161采油平台过程中采取了因地制宜的施工方法和建造工艺。文章详细介绍了平台建造中的重点和难点技术,包括主体建造、桩腿建造、桩机系统安装、机械甲板和生活楼建造、电热站安装以及平台下水等方面。该平台的建造任务已于2009年11月顺利完成。
CNOOC Haiyangshiyou 161 Production Platform is an innovative project invested by CNOOC Energy Development Co. and is constructed by Shengli Oilfield Petroleum and Chemical Construction Corporation （SLPCCC）. As a constructor to build a self-elevating platform for the first time, SLPCCC adjusted construction methods and processes according to the offshore structure construction base and equipment conditions for building the production platform. This article presents the key and difficult techniques in building the production platform including the main structure manufacture, pile legs manufacture, piling machine system installation, machinery deck and living quarter manufacture, electric heating station installation as well as the platform launching.
