对处理管道中低合金钢材质错用事件的思考

- 在某大型石油化工工程项目施工中,对进场的-批中低合金钢管道组成件进行了材质核查,按施工质量验收规范要求仅实施5%的核查比例,就发现部分合金钢材质错用为碳钢,为了保证工程质量,最后不得不实施100%的在线合金成分复查。笔者认为对合金钢管道组成件的核查比例应当与对合金钢管的-致(即100%),才能确保管道工程的整体安全性。建议在以后修订验收规范时能给出更加合理的规定。
In the construction of one large scale petrochemical project, a patch of middle-low alloy steelpipe fitings were checked in construction site. In accordance with the construction quality inspection and ap-proval criterion, the check rate of 5% for pipe fitings was performed and the material misuse of middle-lowalloy steel by carbon steel was found in some pipe fittings. In order to ensure engineering quality, recheckingwork for 100% pipe fittings had to be done. The authors deem that in order to guarantee whole pipeline engi-neering safety, the check rate for pipe fitings should be the same as that for pipes, i.e. 100%, and suggest thatit should be put into consideration if the construction quality inspection and approval criterion would be re-vised in future.2010,2(2): 141-142 收稿日期:2009-4-16分类号:TQ050.41作者简介:许明建(1966-),男,新疆独山子人,高级工程师,1988年毕业于重庆大学金属材料专业,从事石油化工工程质量监督管理工作.
