- 工程造价控制贯穿于项目建设的全过程,尤其是设计阶段对工程造价的影响重大。文章介绍了建设项目工程造价管理的现状,阐述了设计阶段加强造价控制的必要性,提出了工程造价控制的主要方法。
Engineering cost control is carried out through entire process. Especially, the cost control indesign phase has a remarkable influence on the total engineering cost.
