- 福建炼油乙烯项目共有80t以上设备185台(套),设备总质量36484t,吊装管理难度大。文章介绍了该项目吊装-体化总承包管理模式,论述了吊装工程的特点、吊装施工的组织与实施、合同管理及成本控制、新技术的应用及吊装方案的优化管理、安全管理等,指出该管理模式可显著提高吊装的经济效益。
There are 185 sets of equipment needing hoisting with each mass over 80 t and total mass of36 484 t in Ethylene Project of Fujian Refinery. Owing to the difficult hoisting management, the integratedEPC management mode for heavy equipment hoisting is adopted. This paper introduces the management mode,discusses characteristics of the hoisting project, organization and implementation of the hoisting construction,contract management and cost control, application of new techniques, optimum management of hoisting schemeand safety management.2010,2(2): 131-134分类号：F284
