摘要:: 文章介绍了自行研制的内照法管道焊缝自动爬行X射线探伤机的功能、组成结构、工作原理、主要技术指标、与国内外同类产品相比较的技术特点及应用情况等,指出该机具有适应范围广、自动化程度高、定位方式灵活多样、变频调速控制和X射线机参数设置灵活、定位用同位素剂量小等优点。
The function, configuration, working principle, main technical specifications and application ofthe self-developed automatic crawler for pipeline welds internal <>X-ray irradiation detection are illustrated andcompared with similar products at home and abroad. It is pointed out that the self-developed crawler has theadvantages such as wide application range, high automatization level, agile and multiple positioning ways, vari-able frequency and speed regulation control, easy parameter setting of X-ray machine and small isotope dosefor positioning.
