- 在沿海地区采用丰富的海水进行大型储罐试压沉降,可节约大量的淡水资源,获得显著的经济和社会效益。采用该方案的关键是防海水对储罐的腐蚀。文章在论述了采用物理隔离防护和电化学防护相结合工艺原理的基础上,从罐体海水试压防腐蚀设计、罐体铝合金阳极安装、试压系统安装、罐体临时防护漆涂刷、海水试压及排放处理、罐体冲洗及检测等方面阐述了大型储罐海水试压防腐施工技术。
In coastal area, utilizing abundant seawater for hydraulic and settlement tests of large scalestorage tanks can save plenty of fresh water and gain remarkable economic benefits. I}ey issue in this test is toprevent tank corrosion caused by seawater. This paper illustrates the anticorrosion techniques in hydraulic testof large scale tank filled with seawater based on the process principle of combining physical insulation protec-tion with electrochemical protection, which include anticorrosion test design, aluminum alloy anode installation,test system installation, temporary anticorrosion coating construction, seawater loading and draining, tank flush-ing and inspection.2010,2(2): 103-105 收稿日期:2009-10-26分类号:TE972作者简介:刘家发(1962-),男,山东人,教授级高级工程师,1988年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学焊接专业,工学硕士,主要从事石油化工施工技术研究和施工技术管理工作.
