- 气液分离器是石油天然气行业常用的设备,分离器的分离效果对于气田处理工艺有着非常重要的影响,传统的分离器分离原理单-,分离效果不很理想。文章介绍了强吸气液分离器的结构、试验结果和应用情况。强吸气液分离器是-种采用全新分离原理的分离设备,利用-个螺旋型通道,使气体从上至下或从下至上形成-种有序的强制旋流运动,在离心作用、吸附作用、聚结作用和重力作用下,使气液得到有效分离。经过试验,分离效果达到要求,已在国内推广使用。
Gas-oi1 separator is the common equipment in petroleum industry. The separation efficiency ofthe separator has a very important influence on gas treatment process. Traditional separators have single work-ing principle and dissatisfied separating effects. The working principle of the strong suction gas-oil separator isbrand -new, which utilizes a helical passage toenforce gas moving up-town to form ordinal forced helicalmovement and separates gas and oil effectively under the actions of centrifugal effect, sorption, coalescenceand gravity.
