- 长庆油田标准化设计、模块化建设技术主要应用于油气田场站工程建设,它不仅是-种施工模式的变革,同时又是-种施工技术的集成创新,文章介绍了这-技术的主要内容,其核心是对场站的流程、模块进行标准化设计,并根据站场不同功能区块进行分解,确定各接口关系。建立工厂化预制厂点,经过分项预制、组件成模、现场拼装几个环节,实现场站施工流水作业,从而缩短了建设工期,提高了施工质量,降低了安全风险,并实现了施工全过程信息的数字化管理。

In the design aspect, it conducts standardizing designs of processflow and functional modules of the station, divides the station into several modules according to their differentfunctions and ascertains the links between the modules. In the construction aspect, it builds the prefabricationplants and implements streamlined operation including prefabricating components, assembling them into modules and integrating the modules into the station. By the technology mentioned above，the construction periodis shortened, the quality of construction is improved and the security risk is reduced.
