- 长输管道穿越山体隧道施工中,已有的运管车、吊管机和对口器等都无法进入狭窄的隧道,为此研制出了大口径管道运布管装置和对口装置,既能将钢管运至隧道内,又能通过自身翻转装置将钢管卸下来,进行组对焊接。这两种装置安全可靠,性能优良,操作方便快捷,省时省力,已获得国家发明专利,在川气东送管道工程的山体隧道内成功应用,保证了施工质量和进度,文章介绍了这两种装置的结构特点和技术参数。
In the long-distance pipeline crossing through tunnel in mountainous area, heavy equipment,even existing pipe vehicle, pipe lifting machine and pipe aligning device，are unable to transport into the nar-row tunnel. Therefore, a pipe transportation and distribution device and a pipe aligning device for large diame-ter pipeline were developed, which can not only transport the pipes into the tunnel, but also unload the pipesby means of a self turnover device and perform pipe aligning and welding. These two kinds of devices operatesafely and reliably.
