- 论述了工程项目采用EPC模式进行施工管理的效果和存在的问题,由于目前对EPC模式认识的局限性,普遍认为EPC模式能够有效节约工程建设投资,这就可能会影响工程建设的设计目标,给工程质量留下隐患。文章结合中国石油企业的特点和目前的市场环境及制度特点,提出EPC经营模式的优势是节约交易成本的理念,介绍了交易成本的概念,分析了采用EPC模式交易成本高的原因和主要表现,探讨了节约交易成本的有效途径,提出了改进建议。
At present, there existing some cognition limitations in EPC mode. It is generally recognizedthat EPC mode can save engineering investment effectively, that idea may influence the design objective of en-gineenngof Chinaconstruction and produce hidden problems of engineering quality.
