- 介绍了临邑输油站原油混输设施改造工程的输油工艺,着重说明了采用给油泵将两种或两种以上的油品从储罐中抽出,通过调节给油泵输量或者出口的阀门,使给油泵油品输出按要求达到混合比例这-控制过程。阐述了根据输量、含硫量、配输比例进行调节的控制原理以及自动配比、流量配比、手动配比的PID调节示意程序,在该控制系统中,上位采用CITECT组态软件,下位采用ControlLogix5000系列软件。
This paper introduces the oil transportation process used in the crude oil mixed transmissionfacilities reformation at Linyi Oil Station. It puts emphasis on the control process, in which two or more kindsof oil are pumped out from tanks by oil feed pumps, through regulating the pump output or the exit valve, theoutput oil reaches the required mixed ratio. The control principle of regulating output oil according to output,sulfur content and oil mixed proportion is expatiated in this paper. The PID regulation schematic process ofautomatic matching, flowrate matching and manual matching is also presented.
