- 新疆独山子石化公司改扩建炼油及新建乙烯工程32万t/a苯乙烯装置是国内最大的同类装置,该装置的高温管道材质为Incoloy 800H/HT铁镍合金和TP304H奥氏体不锈钢,属于耐高温材料,焊接难度很大。文章介绍了焊材选用、焊接工艺、焊后热处理以及预制焊口、固定焊口的施焊方法、常见问题和预防措施等,为以后同类装置或材质的焊接施工提供参考经验。
The 32x104 t/a styrene facility in the refinary expanding and new ethylene construction projectof Dushanzhi Petrochemical Co., Xinjiang is the biggest one of the styrene facilities in China. The materials ofthe high temperature pipeline of the facility areIncoloy 800H/HT iron-nickel alloy and TP304Haustenltrcstainless steel, which belong to high temperature resistance materials and arepaper, the welding material selection, welding process, heat treatment aftervery difficult for welding.
