- 管道预制工厂化因具有效率高、质量好等优点,成为今后炼化装置管道施工发展的方向。文章在简述工艺管道预制模式的基础上,结合沙特拉比格炼油厂的实际情况,阐述了炼油厂管道预制场布置和预制场作业流程,包括详图二次设计、配菜及二次配菜、工作量分配、集中下料方式、数字化管理等过程。
Factory prefabricating pipelines will be the development trend for pipeline construction of re-finery facilities because of its advantages of high efficiency and good quality.
