- 输油管道选取壁厚时存在三个问题:若选规格壁厚,存在壁厚裕量大的问题,造成钢材的浪费;若选计算壁厚,水压试验时在大高差段管道存在低点不能满足规范要求的问题;若在计算壁厚上加-定的裕量,又存在裕量如何选取的问题。针对这些问题,文章结合水压试验分段提出了解决办法,即根据试验压力、地形高差和分段长度,预先设定合理的分段高差,根据分段高差计算管道壁厚。这样选取的壁厚,既满足了规范要求,又节省钢材,且方便试压分段。
There are three problems in selecting wall thickness of oil pipeline: if selecting normalizedthickness, the wall thickness allowance may be surplus and result in steel material waste; if selecting calculatedwall thickness, the low point of pipeline in big height difference section maypressure test; if selecting the calculated wall thickness plus a certain allowanceunmeet criterion for hydraulic,the wall thickness allowancemay remain uncertain. This paper presentssubsection height differences according to the solutions to solve these problems, which are presetting rationaltest pressure, topographical height difference and subsection length,than calculating corresponding pipeline wall thickness.
