- 在对西部原油管道输送的混合原油进行流变性研究和对停输再启动过程进行计算机数值模拟的基础上,开展了西部原油管道现场停输再启动的现场工业试验。原油管道在分别停输24、36、48h后,均可安全再启动,启动过程中各站均未出现进、出站压力和流量异常情况,实测数据与计算结果基本-致,原油凝点变化不明显,满足原油管道运行规范要求。
Based on the study of rheological properties of the mixed oil and the digital simulation of theshutdown and restart processes, an industrial field test was successfully conducted in West Oil Pipeline. Thecrude oil pipeline could all be restarted safely after shutdown for 24,36, 48 h respectively, and abnormal stateof pressure and flowrate at pipeline entrance or exit at each station was not found during restarting process.The digital simulation agreed with the experiment quite well.
