水平定向钻穿越方案设计方法研究

- 水平定向钻穿越方案的设计,目前多依靠施工队伍的经验来完成,缺乏必要的理论依据。文章从入土点选取与曲线结构优化两个方面对比分析了垂直平面法、斜平面法和动态规划法三种水平定向钻穿越方案的设计方法,修正了现行的垂直平面法。分析表明,入土点应根据钻机场地要求与地质条件进行选取;垂直平面法最具实际应用价值,并解决了现行方法所得曲线不光滑问题;扩孔比是方案设计的-项重要参数,与穿越管道的管径、长度以及施工队伍的水平有定性关系。
At present, the scheme design of pipeline crossing, as the first step of horizontal directionaldrilling (HDD) construction, depends mostly on the experience of contractor and is lack of necessary theories.For this issue, the paper presents a comparison of three design methods including vertical plane, oblique planeand dynamic programming in two aspects of drilling entrance selection and bore-path profile optimization, andrevises the present vertical plane method. The analysis shows that the drilling entrance point should be deter-mined according to rig site requirement and geologic condition; the method of vertical plane is the most rea-sonable one for field construction; the problem of unsmooth bore-path profile resulting from the present verti-cal plane method is solved; the reaming ratio is an important parameter in the scheme design which has aqualitative relationship with pipe diameter, crossing length and skill level of contractor.2010,2(2): 1-4 收稿日期:2009-9-7分类号:TE973.4作者简介:蔡亮学(1984-)男,山东临胸人,现为中国石油大学博士研究生,从事油气管道水平定向钻敷设技术研究。参考文献:
