- 当石油管道发生泄漏并且关闭管道以后,管道内油品的泄漏量主要取决于截止阀的位置以及管道的地形起伏。如何优化阀门位置,以使事故发生时的泄漏量最小,从而减少经济损失和环境污染?文章对此进行了讨论。举例分析阀门位置对潜漏长度的影响,认为在一般情况下,可以使用管道上每点的潜漏长度曲线图对油品的漏失量和阀门位置进行分析;可以使用管道的平均潜漏长度估算阀门的安装位置;当泄漏点沿管道不均匀分布时,可以采用潜漏长度的数学期望值作为阀门位置优化准则。
After shutdowning the leaked pipeline,the oil leakage volume of pipeline depends mainly on the cut-off valve position and varied topography.This paper discusses how to optimize valve position to minimize oil leakage therefore to reduce the economic lost and environmental pollution.Through the example analysis about the effect of valve position on potential leakage length,it is shown that potential leakage length curve of pipeline can be generally used to analyze oil leakage volume and valve position.The average potential leakage length of pipeline can be used to estimate valve installation position.The mathematical expected value of potential leakage length can be taken as the optimization criterion of valve position when leakage points don't distribute equally along the pipeline.2004,4(4): 20-23,3 收稿日期:2004-4-5分类号:TE973.1基金项目:四川省重点学科建设项目;编号:SZD0416作者简介:张红兵(1977-),男,江苏淮安人,2000年毕业于江苏石油化工学院.现为西南石油学院油气储运工程在读博士,主要从事长输管道事故诊断方面的研究.参考文献:
