延长油田永宁采油厂双河西区回注水腐蚀结垢控制研究

- 延长油田永宁采油厂双河西区注水系统腐蚀结垢严重,动态条件下的腐蚀速率大于0.254 mm/a。文章通过试验研究了腐蚀结垢的影响因素、影响规律及控制方法,指出导致管道、井筒腐蚀结垢的主要原因是回注水中的溶解氧、细菌以及成垢阴阳离子超标;通过投加pH值调节剂、除氧剂、杀菌剂以及缓蚀阻垢剂,可使回注水对碳钢的腐蚀速率降至0.030 4 mm/a,满足回注要求。
The water injection system at Shuanghe West District has severe corrosion and scaling problems, in which the dynamic corrosion rate induced by reinjection water is greater than 0.254 mm/a. The influence factors, influence rules and control methods of corrosion and scaling are experimentally investigated. The main reason of the well corrosion and scaling is due to superstandard of dissolved oxygen, bacterial and scaling zwitterion.
