辽河油田稠油油藏地面工程关键技术和发展方向

- 针对辽河油田稠油具有黏度大,胶质、沥青质含量高,密度高,油气比低及黏—温敏感性强等特点,辽河油田在多年的开发建设过程中逐渐形成了独具特色的地面集输、处理及配套技术。文章介绍了单管加热集输、双管掺水集输等辽河油田稠油集输典型工艺流程;热化学沉降+电化学的密闭脱水工艺、两段热化学沉降脱水工艺等稠油脱水关键技术;稠油污水深度处理工艺和SAGD注气系统关键技术。为了适应稠油开发方式的转变,探讨了今后稠油集输、处理工艺的发展方向和有待解决的问题。
Heavy oil produced from Liaohe Oilfield has the characteristics of high viscosity and density,low oil/gas ratio, abundant colloid and asphaltene as well as high sensitivity of viscosity emperature. Faced with the problems, Liaohe Oilfield has step by step built up a particular technology of surface gathering and supporting system through many year' s exploitation and construction. In this article, the following techniques developed by Liaohe Oilfield are introduced: the typical heavy oil gathering progress flows such as single pipeline heating gathering and double-pipeline water-mixing gathering, the key heavy oil processes such as hermetic dehydration with thermochemistry sedimentation+electrochemistry, and the dehydration with twostage thermochemistry sedimentation, the deep processing of heavy oil produced water, and the key technique of SAGD gas injection system.
