- 近几年,辽河冷家油田冷一原油集中处理站进站原油含水率不断升高,造成加热负荷不断增大,能耗持续增加,原油脱水效果大大降低,运行费用也大大增加等问题。通过对稠油脱水工艺技术的调查研究,采用预脱水工艺,解决了冷家油田高含水稠油脱水加热负荷过高的问题,节省了能耗,降低了运行费用。
The water cut in incoming crude oil at Leng-1 central treatment station in Liaohe Lengjia Oilfield has been keeping rising in these years, which leads to the increases of heat load, energy consumption and operating cost.
