- 在恶劣的海洋环境条件下,海底管道不可避免会发生腐蚀损伤,严重时将引起管道断裂,造成原油泄漏,进而导致严重的环境污染和巨大的经济损失,因此,有必要对管道剩余强度进行评估以保证其安全运营。文章介绍DNV-RP-F101规范中关于含有单个腐蚀缺陷的海底管道剩余强度的评估方法,然后利用该规范中的评估方法对某一运行了37年的在役海底管道进行剩余强度评估,发现许用应力法得到的结果比安全系数法的更保守。
The corrosion of submarine pipeline occurs inevitably in the harsh marine environment.In the case of serious corrosion,it could cause pipeline to break and crude oil to leak,which could lead to not only economic loss but also severe environmental pollution.It is necessary to assess residual strength of corroded submarine pipeline for safe production.The method to assess the residual strength of corroded pipeline containing single defect in DNV-RP-F101 Code was described in this paper,and it is employed to assess the residual strength of a corroded submarine pipeline in service for 37 years.It is found that the result from the stress approach is more conservative than that from the safe coefficient approach.2011,4(4): 27-29,39 收稿日期:2011-4-18分类号:TE973.92基金项目:中国石油天然气管道局资助项目(局科09-6-A)作者简介:李国辉(1978-),男,辽宁北票人,工程师,2000年毕业于天津大学海洋工程专业,从事油气管道工程设计工作.参考文献:
