- 在淄博-青岛天然气管道阴极保护系统投产前,发现该线的自然电位偏低,低于正常状态的平均值(-0.85V)。对此现象进行了较详细地分析和现场考证,原因是由于缠绕镁带的主管被淹没在水里,形成了牺牲阳极,导致管道电位偏低。通过对套管穿越处进行风干及封堵处理, 电位测试恢复正常。
Prior to getting into operation of cathodic protection system in Zibuo-Qingdao natural gas pipeline, the detected natural electric potencial in this pipeline was lower than -0.85V, the conventional average value. The detailed analysis and site investigation on the phenomenon were conducted. It was founded that the main pipe section wrapped with magnesium strips had been submerged in water so as to form a sacrificial anode,that was the cause of low electric potencial.
