OLGA与PIPEFLOW软件在海底天然气混输管道设计中的适用性比较
Applicability Comparison between Process Design Calculation Software OLGA and PIPEFLOW for Subsea Gas and Condensate Pipeline Design

- 采用当前国际先进的OLGA2000和PIPEFLOW工艺模拟计算软件,对锦州20-2凝析油气田和平湖油气田上岸管道压降进行了工艺模拟计算;将模拟计算结果与现场采集数据进行对比,并分析了两个软件压降计算结果的差异:认为OLGA2000软件的海底天然气混输管道压降计算结果误差最小,PIPEFLOW软件中的OLIMANS(76)/EATON组合经验关系式更适用于工艺设计的模拟计算。建议对海底天然气混输管道工艺设计计算采用OUMANS(76)/EATON组合经验关系式,同时采用OLGA软件压降公式进行校核。
Through using the advanced software OLGA and software PIPEFLOW to calculate for the two landing pipelines in Jinzhou20-2 gas field and Pinghu gas field, this paper compares the simulative calculation results of pressure drop with the field acquired data, and analyzes the differences between them.
