- 系统地分析了油田集输管道用聚氨酯泡沫夹克管(泡夹管)腐蚀的原因,并对聚氨酯泡沫的发泡剂、催化剂、缓蚀剂以及补口技术进行了改进。研制成的聚氨酯泡沫用缓蚀剂,在不改变原有生产工艺及发泡参数的基础上,将聚氨酯泡沫浸水析出液的pH值由酸性改变为弱碱性,从而达到抑制或延缓泡夹管腐蚀的目的;采用喷涂聚脲补口技术,有效地提高了现场补口的质量。技术经济性分析表明,改进后的泡夹管的生产成本与现用泡夹管的成本相当,甚至略有降低。
The corrosion reasons of oil gathering pipeline with polyurethane foaming layer-jackets were systematically analyzed. The improvements of foaming agent, catalyst and corrosion inhibitor used for polyurethane foaming as well as field joint technique were implemented. Based on the original production process, the developed corrosion inhibitor used for polyurethane foaming changes the pH of dialyzate, which is produced from submerging polyurethane foam to water, from acidity into faint alkalinity, so as to inhibit or retard corrosion of the pipeline.
