- 为确定胜利油田典型腐蚀结垢区块东辛永921站的腐蚀结垢原因,评价筛选缓蚀剂,文章综合利用水质分析、细菌测试、水腐蚀性测试、腐蚀产物与垢物分析、腐蚀速率测试等多种分析与测试手段,研究了东辛永921站注水系统腐蚀的原因,主要有以下几方面:溶解氧加速下的Ca2+/HCO-3体系腐蚀,腐生菌与硫酸盐还原菌联合作用下的垢下腐蚀,大量Cl-的存在促进垢下腐蚀。通过对缓蚀剂评价与筛选,确定IMC-07加药浓度为40mg/L时可将深井水、浅井水和深浅井混合水的腐蚀速率控制在0.076mm/a以下,缓蚀率达到85%以上,适于东辛永921站现场应用。
Several analytical methods and testing means, including water quality analysis, bacteria testing, water corrosiveness testing, corrosion products, scale component analysis and corrosion rate testing, were ap- plied to study corrosion reasons of the water injection system at Dongxin Yong 921 Joint Station. The main reasons were indicated to be dissolved oxygen plus Ca2+/HCO3- system corrosion, combined effect of TGB and SRB, and speeding up subscale corrosion by large amount of Cl-. Through screening and evaluating corrosion inhibitors, IMC-07 concentration of 40 mg/L was chosen as a suitable inhibitor which could control the corro- sion rate within 0.076 mm/a and get corrosion inhibition efficiency more than 85% for deep well water, shallow well water or their mixed water. 【Key Words】: oilfield injecting water corrosion reason analysis protection2009,2(2): 43-46 收稿日期:2008-3-5分类号:TE988.2作者简介:龙媛媛(1979-),女,辽宁沈阳人,工程师,2004年毕业于沈阳化工学院,硕士研究生,现从事管道及设备的腐蚀与防护工作.参考文献:
