- 雅克拉集气处理站于2005年11月投产,自投产以来运行稳定。但2008年8月主冷箱脱水原料气出口封头焊缝出现刺漏,经化验为天然气中含有微量汞所致。文章结合已建流程的特点,介绍了该处理站的天然气脱汞工艺:在天然气脱水装置后增加了脱汞塔,吸附剂采用载硫活性炭,并设置过滤器去除可能产生的活性炭粉尘。文章还较详细地说明了脱汞塔的设计要求和结构形式。
Yakela Gas Gathering Station has been in steady operation since its first production in November,2005.Yet there was gas leakage detected at the end plate welding joint of dehydration natural gas outlet on main cold box.Laboratory test showed that the leakage was caused by trace mercury contained in natural gas.Combined with the features of the existing process flow,this paper introduces natural gas mercury removal technology used at the station: a mercury removal column was added after the natural gas dehydration device,and sulfur-carrying active carbon was used as adsorbent.In addition,a filter was set to remove active carbon dust which is possibly generated in production.Design specification and structural configuration of the mercury removal column are also introduced in detail.2011,3(3): 39-40 收稿日期:2010-10-29分类号:TE868作者简介:王智(1971-),男,山东东营人,高级工程师,1994年毕业于天津大学化学工程系,硕士,现从事原油和天然气加工及处理设计工作.?参考文献:
